Intro to Yoga Workshop


In this workshop, I will guide you through a brief explanation on the central and foundation components of yoga practice. You will have time to know more about Yoga history, discovering your Ujjayi breath, learn correct alignment, body locks (bandha), basic and transition poses and to be introduced to a light relaxation.

This workshop is perfect for those new to the practice of yoga or those individuals looking to refine their practice.
